EPOWOOL® ceramic fibers are manufactured from alumina-silicamaterials through blowing or wrestling process. They are available in a variety of chemistries anddiameters which can service a wide variety of applications. Inaddition, these fibers can be further modified by chopping orby removal of the shot.
EPOWOOL® fibers exhibit excellent chemical stability andresistance to attack from most corrosive agents.

"EPOWOOL " high index fiber could be used for strengthening material for its pretty low shot content.
